Trying to blog from my blackberry so goodness knows how this will go. The swine flu has been visiting my house for the past 2 weeks and I'm currently the lucky one carrying the torch. I feel like complete and utter shit. No exercise this week and eating crap moderately so but still... I am now officially 5 lbs above my initial goal weight this last bit is taking freaking forever. I know though that another 5 isn't going to do it so I'd like to go for another 5 to 10 beyond that. Well see at the rate I'm going that will take me 6 months. Anyway ill end this here and go back to bed. Hopefully the next time I post ill feel way better.

I no longer think that eating a bagel for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a small dinner is the key to weight loss and healthy eating.
